    Shipping & Delivery

    • Processing time: 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
    • Transit time: typically 2–6 business days depending on your location and carrier.
    • Orders sometimes arrive earlier than the estimate. You’ll receive a tracking link to follow every step.
    • External factors (weather, customs, carrier issues) can cause delays that are outside our control.

    Care & Maintenance (Quick Tips)

    • Detangle gently from ends to roots.
    • Use sulfate-free shampoo/conditioner; air-dry when possible.
    • Limit high heat; always use a heat protectant.

    Returns/Exchanges

    For hygiene reasons, hair extensions/wigs that have been opened, worn, or altered cannot be returned. Unopened items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To start a request, contact shopninyc@gmail.com with your order number.
